  • 申請中、英文成績單、在學證明等文件
    Apply for Transcripts, Certificate of Enrollment and other proofs:

    • 在學證明亦可自行在[學籍成績系統]免費下載或印製,請善加利用。
      Students who want to apply for a Certificate of Enrollment, please use the “Online Grading System”to download the document for free and print it yourself.

      交大校區學生
      可使用大禮堂或科學一館自動繳費機申請後立即取件;或利用線上文件申請系統,製作完成後會通知取件或郵寄至指定地點。
      【受疫情影響調整人力,民國98年前之畢業生申請之英文成績單,製作時間由3個工作日延長至5個工作日】
      Chiao Tung Campus:
      Students who want to apply for transcripts and other documents can use the Automatic payment service machine in the Auditorium or Science Building 1, where you can pick up the documents immediately;or use the online application system, where documents will be mailed to the specified address directly after they are created .
      (Due to COVID-19, English transcripts applied by graduates before 2009 will take 5 working days instead of 3 working days.)

      陽明校區學生
      申請成績單可使用行政大樓自動繳費機,申請後立即取件或利用線上成績單申請系統完成後會郵寄至指定地點;如要申請其他學籍文件者,可加利用郵寄方式申請並檢附足郵回郵信封及匯票(抬頭:國立陽明交通大學),製作完成後即會郵寄至指定地址。
      【受疫情影響調整人力,民國101年前之畢業生申請之英文成績單,製作時間由3個工作日延長至5個工作日】
      Yang Ming Campus:
      Students who want to apply for transcripts can use the Automatic payment service machine on the third floor of the Administration Building where you can pick up the documents immediately;or use the online application system, where documents will be mailed directly after they are created.
      Students who want to apply for other certificates can submit the application by mail and enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope and money order (payable to:國立陽明交通大學). After the document is created, it will be mailed to the specified address.
      (Due to COVID-19, English transcripts applied by graduates before 2012 will take 5 working days instead of 3 working days.)
