一、 需通報個案 Who should be reported?
1. 出現COVID症狀如發燒( ≥ 38˚C)、嗅/味覺異常、腹瀉或有呼吸道症狀，請立即佩戴醫用口罩，通報校方，並通報1922防疫專線，依指示至指定社區採檢院所就醫，且禁止搭乘大眾運輸工具前往。
2. 有接觸史者
3. 接獲衛生單位通知匡列需採檢者
i. Those who display symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever (≥ 38˚C), abnormal smell or taste, diarrhea, or respiratory symptoms. If you have these symptoms, please wear a medical mask immediately, report your situation to the school, and call 1922 (Epidemic Prevention Hotline) . Then follow the instructions to go to a designated community screening site for medical care. Please do not take public transportation..
ii. Those with a history of the COVID-19 exposure.
iii. Those who are notified by the Health Department that they need to be checked
二、 通報防疫小組 Notification and Epidemic Prevention Team：

三、 採檢後於等候報告期間，全程進行自主健康管理。During the period of waiting for a Covid-19 report, please adhere to the self-health management protocols.
(一)住宿生入住防疫宿舍 (陽明校區:西安街宿舍四樓；交大校區：博愛逸軒宿舍)
1. 每天量測體溫並至防疫智能平台登錄資料回報
2. 學校提供飲水、體溫計、防疫包
3. 外賣訂餐，請戴口罩到大樓門口取餐
4. 若症狀加劇，通報1922防疫專線或當地衛生局，佩戴醫用口罩，依指示儘速就醫，且禁止搭乘大眾運輸工具前往。並同時通知衛保組或校安中心
(二)非住宿生返家自主健康管理
1. 每天量測體溫，並至防疫智能平台登錄
2. 若症狀加劇，通報1922防疫專線或當地衛生局，佩戴醫用口罩，依指示儘速就醫，且禁止搭乘大眾運輸工具前往。並同時通報衛保組或校安中心
Those residents will be transferred to the designated dorms:
– Yang Ming Campus: 4th floor of Xi’an Street Dormitory.
– Chiao Tung Campus: Bo Ai Yi Xuan Dormitory
i. Please measure your temperature and report to the e-platform at http://health.nycu.edu.tw everyday.
ii. The school will provide drinking water, a thermometer, and an epidemic prevention kit.
iii. For delivery orders, please wear a mask and pick up the food at the main
entrance of the buildings.
iv. If your symptoms become worse, please call 1922 (Epidemic Prevention
Hotline) or the number of the local health bureau, then wear a medical mask, and follow the instructions to seek medical attention as soon as possible. Please do not take public transportation. In the meantime, please also notify the Health and Medical Care Section or the Campus Safety Center.
Non-residential students will be sent home and conduct independent self-health management
Measure the temperature and report to the e-platform at http://health.nycu.edu.tw everyday.
ii. If your symptoms become worse, please call 1922(Epidemic Prevention Hotline) or the number of the local health bureau, then wear a medical mask, and follow the instructions to seek medical attention as soon as possible. Please do not take public transportation.In the meantime, please also notify the Health and Medical Care Section or the Campus Safety Center.

五、 檢查結果回應需通報衛保組或校安中心 Please report screening results to the Health and Safety Section or the Campus Security Center
1. 採檢結果陽性：依指示就醫或居家隔離
2. 採檢結果陰性 : 繼續自主健康管理，住宿生回原宿舍居住
i. If positive, you will be advised to seek medical treatment or be quarantined.
ii. If negative, you will be advised to continuously self-manage your health. Residential students will be permitted to return to their original dormitories.
