【陽明校區】110年度國立陽明交通大學「新冠疫情資助計畫」 110 National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University – Yang Ming Campus Covid-19 Pandemic Funding Program

  • 為資助受新冠肺炎疫情影響家庭經濟,以致生活陷入困境之學生,使安心就學。陽明校區提供「新冠疫情資助計畫」,自110年5月1日起至7月31日止,每月最高資助新台幣6000元,以補助學生「生活費」。
    請有需要的同學填寫申請表(含附件一,回饋計畫書及老師推薦書),並附上相關證明資料,email或親交至陽明校區學務處生輔組,提出申請。
    With regards to students whose families have experienced hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NYCU would like to offer assistance to ease their burden.
    The Yang Ming Campus will provide the ” Covid-19 Pandemic Funding Program”. From 1st May to 31st July, 2021, a monthly subsidy of up to NT$6,000 will be provided to the students for “living expenses”. If students need to apply, please fill in the application form (including attachment 1, the feedback plan and a recommendation letter from a professor or teacher), and attach relevant materials, then email or submit the application in person to the Division of Student Assistant of the Student Affairs Office on Yang Ming Campus.

  • 校外租屋補貼Off-campus housing subsidies:
    1. 依據教育部規定,自110年5月1日起至110年7月31日止,具有戶籍登記之中華民國國民且就讀本校具有學籍,學生本人或家庭成員經濟確實受疫情影響者,可申請校外租屋租金補貼。申請時請自行提供相關證明文件證據資料, 證明學生家庭經濟狀況是確實受到疫情影響, 若無提供證據資料則無法受理。
      According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, starting from May 1, 2021 to July 31, 2021, current students who are R.O.C. nationals holding a household registration in Taiwan, are eligible to apply for off-campus housing subsidies if the students or their family members are facing economic hardships due to COVID-19. Please provide related documents which demonstrate that you or your families’ financial situation was indeed impacted by the pandemic. We do not accept applications without documentation of proof.
    2. 受疫情影響學生若同時符合大專校院弱勢學生助學計畫及本須知之緊急紓困助學金或校外住宿租金補貼者,由學生自行對最有利條件擇一申請,不得重複請領。
      Students may only choose to apply for one from the following: “Universities and Colleges Grants of Disadvantaged Students” or “Off-campus Housing Subsidies”. Please choose the one that is most beneficial to you.
    3. 因疫情學生申請租金補貼已受補助者,往後教育部等稽查學生申請資料, 認為該生資料為虛報、浮報或重複補助情事等有問題者,則將追繳學生補助金額, 學生不得異議並負相關法律責任。
      Students who received subsidies but were later found to have made false declarations or submitted duplicate claims by the Ministry of Education will be asked to return the money and will also need to take legal responsibility while no objections may be raised.
    4. 欲申請者須繳交資料文件:
      Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

      • 紓困學生校外住宿租金補貼申請書
        Application form for off-campus housing subsidies
      • 學生房屋租賃契約影印本 (要有房東與學生之身分證字號)
        Photocopy of student housing lease (with the ID number of both the landlord and the student)
      • 建物登記第二類謄本
        Transcript of building registration type II
      • 受疫情影響證明文件
        Documentation of proof that you or your families’ financial situation was impacted by COVID-19
