自2022年5月16日起至本學期末本校所有實體教學活動一律改以線上舉行、暫停、延期或取消(All in-person classes will be flipped to remote learning starting from May 16 to the end of this semester.)
因應新冠肺炎疫情急遽升溫，考量隔離宿舍量能、避免群聚感染，本校自5月16日起全面改採遠距教學至本學期末(6月17日)為止，請授課教授與學生配合改變授課與成績評量方式。校園內所有實體教學活動（包括講授、實驗、考試、體育等），一律改以線上教學、暫停、延期、或取消；作業應以線上上傳繳交為原則。校外實習課程則依據該實習場域之規定進行。Starting from May 16 to the end of this semester, all in-person learning activities, including lectures, lab courses, exams, and physical education, as well as the assignment submission are recommended to change to online. For clerkship rotation held in the off-campus institutes or hospitals, students shall follow the local regulation accordingly.
成績評量由教師或教學單位依課程調整合適之考評方式，例如線上考試、繳交書面或影音報告、線上展演作品、榮譽考試、或其他創新彈性之評量方式。Teachers may adjust their assessment methods by using online exam, paper reports, video reports, online demonstration of handcrafted works, honor exams without monitoring, or other innovative assessment to evaluate students’ learning performance.
線上考試建議方案 Suggestions for online exams：
出題/答題方式：(1) 在E3數位教學平台上出題、學生線上作答；(2) 於E3公布試題電子檔，請學生自備紙張作答後拍照回傳。Questions/answers: (1) Teachers prepare the questions for students to answer on the E3 system; (2) Teachers upload the questions to the E3 system for the students to print out, and input answer on it, and then photo-submit to the E3 system.
監考方式：學生需自備攝影機或手機，考試期間開啟軟體視訊會議，請學生各自架設攝影機/手機並拍攝其作答實況（鏡頭避開作答區），由老師或助教全程監看。學生作答場所應光線良好、環境安靜且周圍並無其他非測驗相關之物品，以利視訊監考。Exam monitoring: Students need to prepare cameras or smartphones and turn on the video mode or use the webcam’s authentication of the E3 system while at an online exam. Teachers or TAs monitor all students at the exams via the video mode. The students need to stay in a quiet and bright environment at the online exams, and that camera shooting angles should avoid areas with test answers.
碩博士班資格考口試、學位考試等得採視訊方式舉行，無需特別申請，於學位考試成績表紀錄即可，但所有口試委員須於同一時段共同參與。口試須簽名之文件由各院系所(或學院)自行訂定以簽名電子檔或郵寄紙本方式辦理。若維持實體口試則需注意佩戴口罩、保持社交距離。Oral defense for the qualification examinations and thesis defenses may be conducted online via video conference mode. The students need to choose the examination method on the Degree Examination Grade Sheet; no additional application is required in advance. All committee members need to participate in the online oral exam simultaneously, no substitute allowed. For the oral examination documents, each college(/department/institute) can determine whether the documents be handled in e-file (electronic signature) or by direct mail (paper copies). For in-person oral exams, thesis committee members and students must wear masks and keep social distance.
實驗與實體操作課程，建議以線上直播或預錄實驗展演影片的方式進行教學。無安全疑慮之實驗器材，由授課教師決定可否由學生帶回進行實驗，學生則可以視訊方式展示實驗成果與討論，實驗完畢實驗器材回收後需進行消毒。For lab courses and practical operation courses, online streaming or offline video demonstrating the lab experiments is recommended. Regarding lab equipment without safety concerns, teachers may decide whether students can borrow the equipment and do the lab experiment at home. Students may show their experimental results online. After completion of lab experiments, all borrowed lab equipment should be sanitized after return.
請授課教師調整並公告所授課程因應疫情之彈性做法，並盡力維護教學品質與學習成效。Teachers should announce all adjustments to learning activities and assessments while maintaining the quality of teaching and learning standards.
