【ChiaoTung Campus】 Relief Measures for Students and Parents Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic

一、依據教育部防疫紓困4.0方案暨本校交大校區學生急難濟助辦法辦理。
二、學生急難濟助:

(一)對象:具本校學籍之本、外籍生(不含在職專班),其本人或家長受新冠疫情影響者。
(二)紓困措施:依據本校交大校區學生急難濟助辦法辦理(辦法、補助標準表如附件所示)。
(三)檢附資料: mail至 yets@nctu.edu.tw     Email標題請寫: 學生急難濟助(含教育部紓困4.0方案)

    1. 申請表電子檔(如附件,請先行完成基本資料、影響概況描述及家庭狀況填寫,導師.系主任.系教官簽名,由學校協助辦理)。
    2. 學生證影本。
    3. 受疫情影響佐證文件(須有相關單位開立之有效證明及損失金額)。
    4. 學生本人存摺封面影本。
    5. 全戶戶籍謄本。
    6. 低收入戶證明影本(無者免附)。

三、校外租屋補貼:

承辦人: 生輔組曾先生,分機50854,服務位置:資訊館2F。
A1. 依教育部規定,因疫情學生家庭經濟狀況確受影響,才可申請租金補貼。申請時請自行提供相關證明文件證據資料, 證明學生家庭經濟狀況是確實受到疫情影響, 若無提供證據資料則無法受理。疫情影響例如受到資遣、停班無薪假。
A2. 因疫情學生申請租金補貼已受補助者,往後教育部等稽查學生申請資料, 認為該生資料為虛報、浮報或重複補助情事等有問題者,則將追繳學生補助金額, 學生不得異議並負相關法律責任。

I. These measures were formulated in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Pandemic Prevention and Relief Program 4.0 and the Emergency Relief Measures for Students of the National Chiao Tung University Campus.
II. Student emergency relief:

(1) Applicability: Domestic students and foreign students (excluding degree program students) enrolled in the University who are affected or whose parents are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
(2) Relief measures: Handled in accordance with the Emergency Relief Measures for Students of the National Chiao Tung University Campus (the regulations and subsidy standards are as shown in the attachment).
(3) Required documents: Mail to yets@nctu.edu.tw. Please indicate “Student Emergency Relief (including the Ministry of Education Relief Program 4.0)” in the Email subject line.

1. Electronic filing of the application form should follow the guidelines shown  in the attachment. Please provide your complete basic information, an impact description and family situation, and then obtain the signatures of your advisor, department director and department military instructor. The school shall assist with the application.
2. Photocopy of student ID.
3. Supporting documents for pandemic impact (valid certificates issued by relevant units and the amount of loss are required).
4. Photocopy of the cover of the student’s bank passbook.
5. A complete household registration transcript
6. Copy of proof for low-income household status (optional)
